aster

"Greenjacket" is quite uncommon, and extremely difficult to capture on film, as she moves fast!
After many tries, we finally captured
"Jelly Belly" on film. She's rare, fast, and spooky.
She's doing little nectar gathering; mostly she's gathering pollen by dragging her abdomen
thru the stamens. Here's a rare nectar stop, that gave a little more time to photograph
